Cookies and browser storage
Vericenta uses browser storage necessary to provide secure functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, analytics pixels, session replay or cross-site marketing trackers.
What we use
The secure reviewer and client areas use necessary authentication storage to keep an authorised user signed in securely. This storage is required for the requested authentication service. Public visitors do not need to sign in to browse the Vericenta website.
Secure client-report links use a token in the report URL. That token is not an advertising or analytics cookie and the raw token is not intended to be stored by Vericenta in its database.
The free website check uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a strictly necessary anti-abuse control. Turnstile may process technical information such as IP address and browser signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. It is used for security, not advertising or behavioural profiling.
Storage we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or equivalent marketing trackers.
- Session-replay or behavioural-profiling tools.
- Cross-site tracking technologies.
- Non-essential browser storage requiring consent.
Why there is no cookie banner
Vericenta does not set non-essential cookies or similar storage that requires consent, so there is no non-essential cookie choice to present. We still explain the necessary storage here for transparency.
If Vericenta later introduces analytics, advertising, session replay or any other non-essential storage, it must not be enabled until the relevant consent controls and this policy have been updated.
Third-party services
Some services, such as hosted payment pages, may use their own necessary storage on their own domains. Vericenta reviews its cookie and browser-storage position periodically and after material technology changes to confirm that the position described here remains accurate.
Changes to this policy
We review our cookie and storage position when technology changes and at least as part of the annual privacy review. If the use of storage changes materially, this page and any required consent mechanism will be updated before the new technology is enabled.
